2027 GPACAC Conference Grant Application

Thank you for your interest in attending the 2027 GPACAC Conference, held in Oklahoma City on April 7-9, 2027. The deadline to complete this application for consideration is on a first come, first served basis with an early deadline of December 15 (Notifications will be sent the first week of January) and a final deadline of February 15, 2027 (Notifications will be sent the first week of March). Your application will be considered for a GPACAC funded grant or sponsored scholarship.

The grant and scholarship opportunities are intended for high school counselors and college admissions professionals who wouldn't otherwise be able to attend the Annual Conference due to financial constraints.

Grant funding from GPACAC may vary based on need and available funds. Grants include conference registration and could possibly include funding for hotel accommodations and/or travel expenses.

We will be awarding grants in two rounds, those that submit by December 15, will be notified the first week of January. Those that submit by February 15 will be notified the first week of March. This allows GPACAC to meet the deadlines of fiscal year calendars, while also maximizing sponsorship dollars and awardees.

GPACAC Grant Eligibility :

Must be a GPACAC member in good standing
Priority will be given to individuals/institutions who have not received a grant in the past two years
Must fulfill the expectations of the grant requirements as stated
Applicants must assist students in the transition process to college
