Cancellation Policy

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy is below. Extenuating circumstances will be discussed with the current GPACAC and MOACAC leadership. This registration policy should be available on the conference website:

GPACAC and MOACAC will refund the conference registration fee minus a $50 processing fee when written notice is given 30 or more calendar days prior to conference start date.
No refunds will be given after 30 or fewer calendar days to the event start date.
Transfer of registration to another attendee can be made up to seven days before the conference start date.
Vendors and exhibitors/sponsors will not be granted a refund.
If the in-person conference is canceled, GPACAC and MOACAC leadership will assess and collectively decide the best course of action, announcing the policy to membership if this should arise.
