    2026 GPACAC and MOACAC Conference Session Proposal



    Thank you for proposing a session for the 2026 GPACAC and MOACAC Annual Conference!  We greatly value the contributions and expertise of our members, and we are excited to consider your proposal. All proposals will be submitted to the GPACAC and MOACAC Conference Planners.  The Programming Committee will make session proposal selections and share these decisions with the GPACAC and MOACAC Presidents for review prior to notifying the presenters.  The timeline for releasing the call for session proposals, deadline date, and notification is tentatively:
    • January 16, 2026 deadline for session proposal submissions
    • February 6, 2026 notification of sessions

    Session Presenter Clause

    All selected session presenters must be registered to attend at minimum one day of the conference, which also pertains to those representing an outside company, exhibitors, and sponsors.  Select sponsorship package options may include a session priority or guarantee.  Priority on session selection, especially as it pertains to exhibitors and sponsors, will be given to those registered prior to session selection or at time of selection.  It will be the responsibility of the Conference Co-Chairs to ensure those selected are registered before March 7, 2026.  If presenters are not registered prior to this date, then the session will be canceled and removed from the conference program. If GPACAC and MOACAC leadership seeks out a speaker with specific expertise not covered in session proposals or selections, asking an individual or organization to speak, conference registration fee may be waived (upon approval).
