2025 GPACAC Conference Session Proposal

Session Presenter Clause

All selected session presenters must be registered to attend at minimum one day of the conference, which also pertains to those representing an outside company, exhibitors, and sponsors.  Select sponsorship package options may include a session priority or guarantee.  Priority on session selection, especially as it pertains to exhibitors and sponsors, will be given to those registered prior to session selection or at time of selection.  It will be the responsibility of the Conference Co-Chairs to ensure those selected are registered before March 7, 2025.  If presenters are not registered prior to this date, then the session will be canceled and removed from the conference program. If GPACAC leadership seeks out a speaker with specific expertise not covered in session proposals or selections, asking an individual or organization to speak, conference registration fee may be waived (upon approval.)

Continuing education credits documentation and certificates will be handled by the Outreach Committee.
