The presentation will provide an overview of key concepts and strategies to empower educators and other stakeholders in creating an equitable and welcoming learning space. By the end of this presentation, participants will have gained valuable insights into the complexities of supporting marginalized and minoritized students. Attendees will have access to surveys that will help them to reflect on current practices in their workplaces.
