2026 GPACAC and MOACAC Conference

Thank you for your interest in the 2026 GPACAC and MOACAC Conference! Each year we host 300+ college admissions and high school professionals from our four state affiliate. You can submit this form to sponsor a high school counselor to attend the GPACAC and MOACAC Conference. The sponsorship is done at the member rate of $190.

Institutions sponsoring high school counselor registrations will receive the following:

School Logo on the Conference Website as a High School Counselor Sponsor
School Logo on the Conference App as a High School Counselor Sponsor
School Logo on the Conference Rolling Slides throughout Conference
Shout out during our Opening Session or Business Meeting
Personalized email template inviting counselors of your choice to register

Cancellation Policy

Refund/Cancellation Policy
Our refund policy is below. Extenuating circumstances will be discussed with the current GPACAC and MOACAC leadership. This registration policy should be available on the conference website:

GPACAC and MOACAC will refund the conference registration fee minus a $50 processing fee when written notice is given 30 or more calendar days prior to conference start date.
No refunds will be given after 30 or fewer calendar days to the event start date.
Transfer of registration to another attendee can be made up to seven days before the conference start date.
Vendors and exhibitors/sponsors will not be granted a refund.
If the in-person conference is canceled, GPACAC and MOACAC leadership will assess and collectively decide the best course of action, announcing the policy to membership if this should arise.
